Locally sourced, this British Bluefin Tuna Loin is a sustainably sourced, line caught product.  Purchased directly from the early morning Newlyn Market before being shipped to our counter, we skilfully and delicately quarter cut the fillets before cutting the quarter into laser precise 1kg loins. 

With a very short season and a very strict quota given its relatively new findings in our water we're delighted to be able to offer such an in demand product.
